Signed up for hatha yoga, Monday and Wednesday evenings. Yee f’in haw.
I figured that the experience would be worthwhile, even if I only stuck with it for one seven-week session. It could help improve my flexibility, concentration, and relaxation. All three of those will come in handy if I decide to join that hurling league.
While amok I saw the single most appropriate vanity license plate ever. It said “BLIND”. That plate was the perfect comment on his driving skills, especially when it came to noticing the little details like stop signs, pedestrians, and other vehicles.
And I got to be the crotchety old guy for the first time today… Some kids in the neighborhood were out playing in the snow, throwing snowballs at the passing cars. One hit mine and I hit the brakes. I very nearly got out and yelled at them, or tried to chase them down, but they were just having fun and didn’t mean anything by it.
besides, I know where they live.
