So Friday I had the day off. After watching Bebop on Cartoon Network I played Starcraft. Got to bed around 2:30. Woke up Friday at 3 o’clock. Heeeeeeeaven.
After putzing around for a bit I went out, to the ‘Plex. It was OK; there were a few cute boys there, but none who really made me swoon.
Saturday I putzed some more before a date; I’ll reserve comment on it until later.
Sunday was Easter; I got all pretty and went to a service at my parents’ church. Afterwards I got to meet a puppy – ack! so cute! – and think about how badly I want one for the whole trip home. Had dinner, experienced a bitchin’ road on the way to my younger brother’s girlfriend’s house (dropping him off so he could go back to school), went home and putzed some more.
Today was meh. My workouts are starting to get a little tedious, but the feeling afterward is so addictive I keep going back. And I went grocery shopping with a whole lot of people with absolutely no concept of a traffic path.
But hey! I got the Cowboy Bebop CD I ordered! It isn’t something I can listen to in the car – I’ll get a little too Spike-like with it playing, which is especially dangerous with all those cops on Magnolia – but it’s a sweet sweet CD. You should buy it. ^_^
Tomorrow through Thursday my boss is out of town! YAY! (Not that I dislike him, but the whole no-supervision thing is always nice when you’re trying to get stuff done.)
