I’m just Ennui Boy over here at my desk, and nobody realizes it because I type lots. ha. If they only knew.
Tandoori marinade went OK. I should have ground up the dried chilis before putting them in, and didn’t do a very good job crushing the ginger, but adding all the spices was fun. Right now the chicken is soaking up the flavor in the refrigerator; we’ll see tonight how it worked.
