according to a recently-released study, regular moderate aerobic exercise (like a brisk daily walk) can improve brain function in adults.
The last couple paragraphs of that article – the quote – contain excellent advice for anybody starting an exercise program, though she’s a bit wordy. I’d probably phrase that as “Go easy to start, and don’t be stupid about what you do”.
