Gay = higher taxes?

This column on gfn.com (the Gay Financial Network, natch) stresses yet another reason why marriage is the most equitable arrangement for same-sex couples: taxation.
I kinda like the sneaky way in which the Republican leadership reframed the estate tax debate by calling it the “death tax”, or harps on endlessly about the “marriage penalty”. Perhaps we can do the same thing; I’d love to see certain faces react to phrases like the “dyke tax” or the “cocksucker’s penalty”.
