As it turns out, the tooth in question (upper left first bicuspid, if you must know) got that way because of pressure from a wisdom tooth. Much to discuss, but first the big big thing: something has happened to one of my teeth, and as a result my left cheek is a bit swollen and I’m in a bit of pain (currently partially alleviated with naproxen). Going to the dentist in just over an hour, and will have more info then.
